Following the initial development stage, the organizational objective is to be "lean and mean". Because the business will be web based and the majority of the prospect/customer interface will be achieved electronically there will not be a need for a large organization.

The two areas requiring the most personnel will be the web site support and improvement group and the customer support and sales program. Starting in the second year we expect to have a total of about twenty six employees.
